HR System Design Specialist

The ideal fit is a Technical consultant with SAP Success Factors exp who can also help document system designs help with configurations and also help with Testing

This leader is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of our HR technology products including SAP SuccessFactors and custom system applications.

This role operates at the intersection of business strategy product management and technology delivery ensuring solutions are aligned to enterprise priorities scalable and deliver measurable business value.

10 years of experience in product management HR technology or enterprise systems delivery

3 5 years of people leadership or team oversight

Deep experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or HRIS platforms

Experience leading HR transformation or digital transformation initiatives

Manage system enhancements integrations releases and ongoing platform optimization

Strong Configuration Capability in the core applications.

Define test strategy scenarios and acceptance criteria to ensure quality and scalability
