• The ideal fit is a Technical consultant with SAP Success Factors exp who can also help document system designs help with configurations and help with Testing
• This leader is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of our HR technology products including SAP SuccessFactors and custom system applications.
• This role operates at the intersection of business strategy product management and technology delivery ensuring solutions are aligned to enterprise priorities scalable and deliver measurable business value.
• 10 years of experience in product management HR technology or enterprise systems delivery
• 3 5 years of people leadership or team oversight
• Deep experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or HRIS platforms
• Experience leading HR transformation or digital transformation initiatives
• Manage system enhancements integrations releases and ongoing platform optimization
• Strong Configuration Capability in the core applications.
• Define test strategy scenarios and acceptance criteria to ensure quality and scalability
