Job Summary

Description

Maintains human resource records for allied health staff administrators residents physicians and students. Human resource records include: employee information such as name address job title and earnings; benefits such as health dental life insurance; time away balances and leave absence information. On a daily basis analyzes reports from the Lawson ERP system to recognize and correct employee record discrepancies. Competent in HR Information Systems. Researches and responds to questions from employees and managers regarding employee records. Answers questions by interpreting and analyzing information and data from multiple systems and resources. Responsible for ensuring accuracy consistency confidentiality and timely updating of records in the HR employee systems. Develops and maintains technical expertise and policy/procedure knowledge through interaction with HR Connect quality analysts managers director and generalists. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of HR Support Services functions.

Qualifications

Requires associate degree or three years equivalent experience such as payroll or employee benefits. Must have prior computer experience and proficiency with office equipment. Require analytical skills and data entry expertise. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills with good decision-making and judgment capabilities. Requires strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve prioritize and organize while handling a variety of tasks simultaneously. Must be willing to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Must have the ability to work independently as well as with a of Mayo policies and procedures helpful.
