Job Summary

Human Resources Specialist

In this roleyou will provideadministrative support to the HR Department by completing employment education and reference verifications; managing data entry and file documentation; and serving as the receptionist for the HR front desk. This role ensures accurate information flows through phone email and written communication. The HR Verification Specialist role is vital for maintaining compliance with regulations organizational standards fostering trust and integrity within the HR systems.

Qualifications

Minimum: High School Diploma / GED

Preferences: None

Defined Education Required: Any

Substitutions: Education for Experience

Years of Experience: At least 2.5 years

Defined Experience: Clerical Administrative or Human Resources
