The Human Resources Onboarding Specialist collaborates with a team to provide top-tier service to the organization overseeing key administrative functions. You will help Talent feel at home from Hello. Serving as a liaison between the Human Resources Department and applicants you are the first contact with the employee so this role ensures exceptional customer service through various communication channels.

Minimum Education: Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree

Defined Education: Human Resources Management Business Organizational Management Public Administration or related field of study.

Preferences: Human Resources or Business Administration

Substitutions: High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years experience; Associate degree and four (4)

years experience

Years Experience: Two (2) years

Defined Experience: Human Resources

License/Certifications: PHR SPHR SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP or equivalent certification is preferred
