Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. This position is an office-based position with the eligibility to be hybrid at the discretion of the manager
Pay Rate: $23 - $25 hourly

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding-related questions providing timely accurate information and escalating complex issues when appropriate.
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires by following established processes and timelines ensuring all pre-employment requirements for internal and external customers are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Lead and/or support weekly New Hire Orientation sessions delivering consistent information on company policies culture and values.
  • Enter update and maintain employee data within the HRIS system ensuring data accuracy completeness and compliance with company procedures.
  • Process and maintain HR transactions including new hires personal change requests and timeandlabor system maintenance.
  • Conduct scheduled data quality audits and resolve discrepancies by applying predefined correction processes; escalate unresolved issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records including I9 forms and EVerify documentation in accordance with federal state and local regulations.
  • Assist with compliance activities by completing assigned tasks in alignment with company policies and timelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support HR initiatives and contribute to organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in an environment with frequent interruptions and changing tasks and priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with employees and managers at all levels.
  • Strong sense of urgency in both action and communication.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism discretion and sound judgment.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
Preferences:
  • Prior experience in an HR onboarding or shared services environment.
  • Working knowledge of federal employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience using Paylocity.
  • Experience using Fieldglass or other vendor management systems.

Physical Effort/Activities:On a continuous basis will work in an office environment sit at desk for a long period of time intermittently answer telephone and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis in the performance of duties may be required to walk stand and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job
