A Brief Overview
The HR Shared Services Representative is responsible for executing a wide range of transactional and operational HR activities across multiple functional domains. This role serves as a key delivery resource within the Shared Services model. The Representative ensures accuracy consistency and timeliness in the processing of workforce data compliance activities onboarding support and employee lifecycle transactionsprimarily through Workday and other HR systems.

What you will do

  • Provide operational support across the employee lifecycle including onboarding workforce transactions compliance activities leave administration and employee programs.

  • Process and maintain employee data and HR transactions within Workday ensuring accuracy data integrity and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage workforce administration activities including job changes compensation updates promotions organizational changes service date corrections and mass data updates.

  • Support employee onboarding and workforce readiness processes including pre-employment requirements I-9/E-Verify compliance licensing and credential verification orientation coordination and employment eligibility documentation.

  • Administer immigration-related processes and maintain compliance tracking for work authorization and visa sponsorship programs.

  • Coordinate employment verification requests legal and compliance-related documentation records management and audit support activities.

  • Support employee engagement and recognition programs including Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) recruiting events bereavement support retirement recognition referral programs and gift administration.

  • Develop and maintain operational documentation support continuous process improvement initiatives and contribute to compliance audit and workforce reporting activities.


Education Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent


Experience Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in HR operations shared services or a related HR administrative role.

  • Experience supporting HR operations workforce administration compliance onboarding learning administration or shared services functions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume transactions while maintaining accuracy consistency and data integrity.

  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify issues evaluate options and make sound decisions.

  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills with a commitment to delivering positive employee experience.

  • Strong organizational coordination and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies systems and processes quickly.

  • Demonstrated accountability professionalism attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.


Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations employee lifecycle processes and workforce administration.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems preferably Workday HCM including transaction processing business process management reporting and data management.

  • Working knowledge of employment eligibility verification (I-9/E-Verify) leave administration and HR compliance requirements.

  • Understanding of compensation administration concepts including job changes pay adjustments and incentive payment programs.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments and with external partners.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel Word and Outlook; experience with case management compliance and workforce management systems preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency and service excellence.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy quality and data integrity.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $36.19 - $46.13 per hour

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity experience education specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
