HR Sales Executive

How you will contribute

Our HR Sales Executive is pivotal in building and maintaining business relationships with new clients with a focus on HR Sales Consulting. This role involves business-to-business prospecting nurturing existing relationships building new connections and conducting demos and discovery calls to close new business.

• Identify and develop prospects through curated lists self-generated opportunities and business development sales activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as CPAs Banks Financial Advisors and Insurance Brokers.
• Utilize and become an expert in our sales tools including Salesforce HubSpot/Pardot Sales Loft/outreach LinkedIn Navigator.
• Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services-related activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelors Degree preferred.
• 3 years of Human Capital Management (HCM) specifically HR consulting sales experience required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a quota-driven sales environment.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven relationship building and client service skills.
• Ambitious positive attitude and self-motivated.

Compensation

The on target earnings (OTE) range for this position is $140000 - $160000 based on relevant experience skills and industry knowledge. The compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits. Salary information is determined by market location and is provided in accordance with state and local pay-transparency laws.
