HR Recruiter

This is a fast-paced high-impact role responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across clinical operational corporate and leadership positions. The ideal candidate is proactive relationship-driven highly organized and passionate about finding top talent in a competitive healthcare market.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards LinkedIn Recruiter social media networking referrals and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone screenings coordinate interviews and guide candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Deliver a positive professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate regularly with candidates regarding interview status and next steps.
• Extend offers and assist with negotiations when appropriate.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and partner with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Promote EPIC Health as an employer of choice through networking career fairs community events and social media.
• Build relationships with universities professional organizations and healthcare associations.
• Continuously identify new sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.

• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and recruiting activity.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records candidate documentation and hiring metrics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws hiring regulations and organizational policies.
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics for leadership.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Healthcare Administration or a related field.
• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in healthcare.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and social media.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus.
• Strong interviewing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.

• Healthcare recruiting experience across clinical and non-clinical positions.
• Experience recruiting physicians Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) nurses allied health professionals and corporate staff.
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state recruiting initiatives.
