This role is Hybrid you must be able to come into Carmel IN office.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for assigned positions.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing coordinating interviews extending offers and supporting pre-employment activities.
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards social media employee referrals networking and other recruiting channels.
  • Coordinate background checks employment screenings offer documentation and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system and provide recruiting updates to hiring managers.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through clear communication responsiveness and proactive follow-up.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates by providing reliable support and following through on commitments.
Office Administration
  • Coordinate daily office operations and serve as a primary point of contact for office-related needs.
  • Order and maintain office supplies equipment and other workplace resources.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail packages and shipping activities.
  • Support office moves workspace assignments facilities projects and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain office records files and administrative systems to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and assist with special projects and team initiatives.
  • Partner with building management vendors and service providers to ensure a safe organized and efficient office environment.

Skills and Experience Needed:
  • High School or GED
  • 2 years of recruitment and administrative support experience
  • Possess and have ability to apply basic knowledge of principles practices and procedures
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality tact and diplomacy
  • Good organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Package (Excel Access PowerPoint Word)
