Serve as the primary bridge between HR IT and business stakeholders translating strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps and high-quality system outcomes.
Product mindset with the ability to define vision roadmap and measurable outcomes
Ability to translate business strategy into technical execution
Deep experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or HRIS platforms
Experience leading HR transformation or digital transformation initiatives
This role operates at the intersection of business strategy product management and technology delivery ensuring solutions are aligned to enterprise priorities scalable and deliver measurable business value.
