Basic Job Functions:
- The role of the HR Administrator is to support production and HR and other departments as needed.
- This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and a wide range of payroll support to our team members while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of the payroll data.
- The role of the HR Administrator includes but is not limited to weekly processing of all payroll activities preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports to Accounting assisting with time and attendance software supporting the recruitment process as needed assisting department supervisors scheduling and coordinating meetings and events and running reports.
- Weekly processing of payroll activities; preparation filing and reconciliation of quarterly/ annual federal and state tax returns; month-end quarter-end and year-end closing; preparing W2s; and wage garnishment processing.
- The HR Administrator will also assist with the administration of various company-sponsored programs/projects (company events service awards scholarships educational reimbursement etc.) as well as maintaining records and document retention.
- Administering multi-state FMLA Sick Pay Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance claims.
- Maintaining current cross-training within all HR functions to provide backup as needed.
- This position requires a high level of integrity ethical character and honesty in all actions.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 or more years of payroll processing experience
- Minimum 2 or more years of Human Resources experience.
- Financial reporting experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- SAP payroll Success Factors and other HR-related systems experience
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) by the American Payroll Association
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Bilingual English and Spanish speaking.
