What You Will Do:
- Lead & Develop Your Team: Manage and support a team of HR professionals providing coaching guidance and development while ensuring exceptional service and partnership across the region you support.
- Partner with Business Leaders: Serve as a trusted advisor on talent employee relations performance management organizational effectiveness compliance and workforce challenges.
- Drive Talent & Leadership Success: Support the full team member lifecycle while leading initiatives focused on talent acquisition leadership development succession planning engagement and retention.
- Influence Business Strategy: Participate in Regional Business Reviews and use workforce insights trends and metrics to help leaders make informed business decisions.
- Shape Culture & Employee Experience: Foster an engaged high-performing workplace by promoting accountability communication continuous improvement and alignment with RDO Equipment Co.s Core Values.

What You Will Need:
- Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Communications or a related field along with 4 years of progressive HR experience.
- Professional Credentials: PHR certification is preferred and demonstrates a commitment to HR best practices and professional development.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with the aptitude to build relationships influence stakeholders and convey information effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Organization & Prioritization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility & Travel: Ability to travel up to 15% as needed to support business operations leaders and team member initiatives across multiple locations.
- Valid Work Authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
