K2 is seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Internto provide full-time support on key HR projects for 3 to 4 monthsout of our Orlando (Maitland) FL clinic.This is a hands-on opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain practical HR experience while contributing to real operational improvements across the HR function.
Primary Responsibilities
Audit employee files for accuracy and compliance
Migrate and enter employee records into ADP
Update employee photos in internal systems and directories
Draft and format job descriptions for open and upcoming roles
Support onboarding process improvements and documentation
Assist with additional administrative HR projects as assigned
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Familiarity with ADP or other HRIS platforms is a plus
