Responsibilities:

Project governance and oversight
RAID log management
Schedule development and maintenance
Status reporting and executive communications
Action item tracking and follow-up
Meeting facilitation and coordination
Project documentation management
Escalation management
Coordination across internal teams implementation partners and third-party vendors
Support implementation readiness testing deployment and stabilization activities
Monitor project risks issues dependencies and key decisions

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of HCM and payroll implementation project management experience
Experience managing large-scale payroll transformation projects
Experience coordinating multiple vendors and workstreams
Strong governance reporting and stakeholder management capabilities
Experience supporting enterprise software implementations involving Workday payroll timekeeping and finance systems
Ability to communicate effectively with executive sponsors business leaders and project teams
