This role is based in Salt Lake City Utah and requires candidates to reside locally to support our Corporate Headquarters.

Qualifications
What You Will Be Doing:
(Includes but not limited to)
- Provide guidance to leaders and employees on HR policies and workplace issues
- Support employee relations investigations and performance improvement plans
- Partner with managers on onboarding offboarding and performance reviews
- Answer benefits and policy-related questions with clarity and care
- Analyze HR metrics to support business decisions and compliance efforts
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring:
- HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- 35 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role
- Strong working knowledge of HR functions including State Hiring Laws Onboarding HR Compliance Employee Relations FMLA ADA
- Familiarity with federal state and local employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict-resolution skills
- High level of professionalism confidentiality and integrity
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze data create reports and provide actionable insights
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
