We are looking for an HR Generalist at Howard Memorial Hospital. We are a critical access hospital located in Nashville Arkansas. We provide comprehensive patient-focused care in a variety of settings emergency surgical inpatient and outpatientdelivered by skilled medical professionals. Our not-for-profit status ensures that all financial resources remaining after expenses are re-invested in the hospital to improve technology the facility and patient services.
This position is an integral role in supporting Human Resources and the employees at HMH. It is a full-time 72 hours per pay period position.

Responsibilities
- Assists with recruitment and hiring of staff.
- Provides orientation for new employees.
- Enter employee data to establish and maintain software systems.
- Inform applicants and employees of HMHs benefit package.
- Supports employee activities such as the annual holiday party retirement receptions etc.
- Associates degree or bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Previous HR experience highly desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Products required.
