About the Role
The HR Generalist is ahands-onrole responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle across ourmultilocationmedical practice. You will partner closely with the Chief HRO department leaders and theCsuiteto manage recruiting onboarding employee relations benefits payroll compliance and HR role is ideal for someone who is organized analyticaltech savvy andconfident innavigating afast pacedhealthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Leadrecruiting and onboarding including job postings candidate screening interviews offer letters background checks andnew hireorientation.
- Manageemployee relationsand leadconflictresolution managing evaluations tracking performance data and processing corrective actions or terminations.
- Administerbenefits andcoordinateopen enrollment administer FMLA andleavesof absencemaintainCTO/CME and track required licenses and credentials.
- Maintain timekeeping data track bonuses and stipends process holiday/CTO pay and review payroll inputs beforesubmitting toaccounting.
- Maintain HRIS/Paycor data ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws manage personnel files Employee Handbook and process unemployment and garnishments.
- Support HR operations byprovidinganalytical insights recommending process improvements and understandingthe difference between aCMS licensedfacility requirements vs. private practice.
- Travel to other Fraser Eye locations as needed whilemaintainingprofessionalism confidentiality andeffective communication.
About You
- Awell-roundedHR professional withstrong communicationskills and a balancedpeople-firstapproach.
- Detail oriented analytical andtechsavvywiththe abilityto analyze and recommendprocessimprovements.
- Excellent communication organization and analytical skills.
- Ability to managesensitive employee issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- A bachelorsdegree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience isrequired.
- SHRMor PHRcertification isa plus.
