At Premier Restoration Hawaii we restore homes businesses and communities after fire water mold and storm damage. Our work moves fast because our customers need us when theyre having one of the worst days of their lives.

Were looking for an experienced HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys getting work done. This isnt a desk job where youll only process paperwork. Youll recruit great people onboard new hires support leaders through employee relations issues conduct workplace investigations administer leaves of absence and help ensure our HR operations run smoothly every day.

What Youll Do

Every day is different but youll be responsible for:

• Recruiting top talent for positions across Premier Restoration Hawaii
• Coordinating onboarding and facilitating new hire orientation
• Managing employee leaves of absence including FMLA TDI ADA accommodations and return-to-work processes
• Conducting workplace investigations and supporting employee relations matters
• Providing day-to-day HR guidance and support to employees and managers
• Processing employee changes maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance
• Supporting benefits administration audits and HR projects
• Partnering with operational leaders to keep HR moving and employees supported

Qualifications

Required

• 3 years of Human Resources experience
• Experience with recruiting and onboarding
• Experience administering leaves of absence (FMLA ADA TDI etc.)
• Experience handling employee relations matters and workplace investigations
• Strong communication organization and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

Preferred

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification
• Experience supporting construction restoration field operations or multi-site businesses
