HR Generalist

This pivotal role offers the opportunity to support daily HR operations enhance employee engagement and contribute to a thriving organizational culture.

In this role you will administer employee benefitsincluding medical dental vision life insurance and 401(k)coordinate onboarding processes maintain accurate HR records and serve as a key resource for both employees and leadership. Your expertise will help foster a positive employee experience ensure compliance with employment laws and support continuous process improvements.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred
• 5 to 7 years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration and HR best practices
• Experience coordinating onboarding and orientation programs
• Working knowledge of employment laws
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR record management
• Excellent communication organizational and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy

Nice to Have Skills:

• PHR or SHRM certification
• Experience within the project management or professional services industry

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field
• 5 years in a human resources role with comprehensive benefits administration experience

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to work fully onsite in Dallas Texas
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and reporting tools
