The Opportunity: HR Coordinator

Your Role: As the HR Coordinator you will support the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking for a stable environment and comfortable with being an individual contributor.

Essential Functions:

Provide daily support to the HR team including the Manager Generalists and Administrator
Handle daily timekeeping tasks in FactoryTrack to ensure correct job allocation
Assists in creating and running ad hoc reports for various department requests
Assists the recruiting process by scheduling interviews and conducting pre-screening calls as needed
Is able to assist on payroll processing as needed
Facilitates theoccupational physician schedule to manager pre-employment appointments
Maintains accurate employee files according to department folder protocols and ensures HRIS data is correct
Process job changes salary adjustments and other employee changes as needed
Response to general support inquiries for all employees as needed under the direction of the HR Manager
Additional duties as needed and assigned.

Reports To: Human Resource Manager

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
2 years of experience in an HR Coordinator position or similar
Attention to detail

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $26.44 - $29.80 per hour. The wage range for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational requirements.
