Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at our Columbus OH location. If you enjoy high-volume fast-paced environments and understand the unique dynamics of supporting large hourly workforces this role is for you.

You will play a pivotal role in day-to-day HR operations ranging from high-volume interviewing and onboarding to employee relations and timecard auditing.

This full-time role is based on-site at our Columbus OH headquarters and requires reliable local transportation for occasional travel to nearby facilities. Remote work is not available.

Position Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry for various HRIS databases and spreadsheets including Workday Google Sheets etc to maintain confidential employee files and records

  • Maintain department email and voicemail inboxes and direct inquiries as needed

  • Interact in-person by phone or by email with team members throughout the business to answer questions on any number of HR a lot of face time with team members

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Rogues HR policies and procedures

  • Conduct time and attendance transactions and data audits to accurately track and report absenteeism Point System outcomes and other metrics

  • Help conduct group interviews

  • Support onboarding and offboarding; create new hire badges prepare documentation I-9 Verifications/e-Verify etc

  • Be available for occasional on-call duties and to support business HR needs outside of standard 1st shift hours when needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred

  • 3 years of experience in Human Resources required

  • Valid drivers license and reliable personal transportation for local travel between Columbus-area sites

  • Must have experience in Workday or similar HRIS platforms

  • Work with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion

  • High-level spreadsheet skills are essential specifically the use of Google Sheets functions and data validation to ensure reporting accuracy

  • Possess exceptional people skills with a commitment to upholding professional standards in every interaction

  • Above-average organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven fast-paced environment often with competing priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail
