We are seeking a HR Compliance Program Manager to lead and evolve enterprise-wide employment compliance social accountability and workplace investigation programs across a dynamic manufacturing organization.
This is not a traditional compliance administration role. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can assess complex compliance challenges identify opportunities for improvement and build scalable solutions that strengthen both compliance outcomes and the employee experience. The successful candidate will work across manufacturing and corporate environments partnering with HR Legal business leaders and plant teams to drive programs that mitigate risk promote ethical employment practices and support organizational success.

What Youll Do
As HR Compliance Program Manager youll serve as the enterprise owner and strategic leader for key compliance programs and initiatives including:
- Leading and overseeing investigations arising from ethics hotline reports policy concerns and employee relations matters
- Monitoring regulatory developments and partnering with HR and Legal to implement compliant business-focused solutions
- Managing the companys Social Accountability Audit program partnering with manufacturing locations customers and external auditors to ensure compliance with human rights labor and workplace standards
- Providing oversight of employment-based immigration programs and helping improve processes controls and workforce continuity strategies
- Leading employment compliance programs related to EEO reporting VETS-4212 reporting pay equity living wage analyses adverse impact assessments accommodations and other employment law-related requirements
- Influencing leaders and stakeholders across multiple functions to drive adoption accountability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identifying trends risks and opportunities from investigations compliance reviews and audit findings to proactively strengthen organizational practices
- Developing tools processes training and governance frameworks that improve consistency and effectiveness across the enterprise
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree and progressive experience in employee relations investigations HR compliance employment law and/or related fields
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and workplace compliance practices
- Experience leading cross-functional programs and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to turn complex challenges into effective solutions
- Experience with workplace investigations immigration programs workforce analytics social accountability auditing and/or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
