Job Summary
General DescriptionThe overall responsibility of the HR Compliance Assistant is to provide end to end support to the compliance efforts and general office administration to the HR Department. This will be done through proper maintenance of personnel files personal interaction meetings filing telephone interaction collating and copying materials mailing and distributions. Tasks1. Assist with all compliance-related paperwork and activities including but not limited to the following processes: fingerprint archiving drug screening and Child Abuse Record Information (CARI) checking2. Complete reviews of driving abstracts and appropriate follow up3. Serve as super user for Ceridian Dayforce4. Assist with updating HRIS as needed5. Create special reports in HRIS as needed6. Participate in legal reporting (including OSHA and EEO reporting)7. Maintain personnel files per CAU policy consistent with licensing and legislative requirements8. Assist with Agency licensing audit preparations9. Participate in agency HIPAA compliance10. Maintain appropriate Human Resources relations and responsibilities11. Complete special projects as assigned12. Actively participate in Agency fundraising efforts committees staff meetings and staff supervision13. Cooperate with any Agency DDD and DCP&P investigation and inspectionAll other duties as assignedEducation/ExperienceHS diploma / GED. Experience in computer software word processing telephones filing and general office procedures.
