HR Business Partner
Tulsa OKSeeking an Human Resources Business Partnerwho will be responsible for providing HR strategy and support to - team members managers with regard to employee relations compensation policy management performance management recruitment investigations and other HR administrative processes. Act as a business operations partner employee champion and organizational change agent for the team. Implement employee strategies assess and anticipate operational needs and provide recommendations to execute. Identify challenges and contribute to innovative solutions to support and execute against the organizations mission.
Profile:
- Prefer Bachelors Degree and HR certifications.
- Has worked in an operationalenvironment
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressureandAdaptability
- MS Office platform and UKG HRIS (strongly preferred)
- AI tool enablement for business improvement
