Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for aHuman Resources Business PartnerGlobalEducation & HEMAlocatedin Raynham MA or West Chester PA or Raritan NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with global HEMA and Education leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals
Provide guidance on organizational design workforce planning and talent management to support evolving commercial priorities
Lead talent initiatives across performance management succession planning employee engagement and leadership development
Coach and advise leaders on employee relations change management and organizational effectiveness
Drive implementation of HR programs policies and processes to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization
Use data and analytics to identify trends inform decisions and improve talent outcomes
Collaborate cross-functionally with Centers of Excellence (e.g. Talent Acquisition Total Rewards Learning & Development) to deliver integrated HR solutions
Support transformation initiatives ensuring effective communication adoption and minimal disruption to business operations
Foster an inclusive purpose-driven culture aligned with the Johnson & Johnson Credo and leadership principles

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors degree(Human Resources Business Administration or related field)
Mastersdegree or MBA preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

Strong cross-functional project management experience in a Global highly matrixed organization.

  • Minimum of5years of progressiveHR Business Partner orequivalentexperience
    Demonstrated experience supporting globalorcommercial organizations
    Strong knowledge of talent management organizational design and workforce planning practices
    Proven ability to influence and partner with senior& executiveleaders
    Experience managing complex HR programs and driving change initiatives
    Strongtechnicalanalytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

Experience supportingglobalhealthcare MedTech or life sciences organizations
Knowledge of HEMA market accessandcommercial education functions
Experience in global or matrixed environments
Strong background in organizational transformation and change management
Experience leveraging HRsystemsanalyticsand dashboards to drive insights
Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM HRCI)

Other:

Travel: Up to 20% domestic and international travel may be required
Certifications: HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP/SCP PHR/SPHR)
English proficiency required.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

102000.00 - 204000.00 USD Annual

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
