Duties/Responsibilities

- Supports the development and implementation of HR programs initiatives policies and service delivery strategies aligned with business needs and the HR strategic plan.
- Builds trusted relationships with managers toprovidepractical HR guidance coaching and support aligned with business needs.
- Advises managers on workforce planning recruitment needs organizational design and talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Translates local business requirements into HR goals and actions in alignment with organizational and departmental strategic initiatives.
- Assistsin designing and delivering onboarding and orientation experiences that support businessobjectivesand culture integration for new employees.
- Collaborates with managers to support talent development leadership development employee development and performance improvement strategies that strengthen engagement and organizational capability.
- Deliversconsultation and training to help managers apply effective people management practices.
- Supports employee relations andseparationmatters in coordination with Employee Relations and Legal as needed.
- Partners with managers Talent Acquisitionand Total Rewards to create job descriptions.
- Partners with Total Rewards using market data and internal equity considerations toprovidecompensation guidance.
- Coordinates with HR centers of excellence including Total Rewards Employee Relations Legal and Talent Acquisition to support business priorities and consistent HR service delivery.
- Administers and interprets HR policies consistently andprovidesrelated guidance to managers.
- Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies procedures and reporting remain compliant.
- Serves as a change agent by influencing stakeholders gaining buy-in and coaching managers through change initiatives that support sustainable business results.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Minimum of7years of Human Resources experience preferably in an operational or HR business partner support role.
- Experience supporting employee relations policy interpretation onboarding or manager consultation preferred.
- SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Hands-on experience with HR technology;Workday experience is preferred.
Demonstratedproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Effective communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillswith the ability toidentifyproblems and systematically gather relevant information.
