Position Overview:

The HR Business Partner will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will partner with leaders of the firm to help drive business strategy from an HR perspective. This multifaceted role will support several aspects of the employee experience including but not limited to talent management performance evaluation learning and organizational development succession planning and employee relations.

The HR Business Partner will develop strong relationships with managers and individual contributors to support and increase the effectiveness of Acadians employees. The culture of Acadian is team oriented and entrepreneurial and the firm strives to hire individuals who are creative technically competent and who want to add value to the firms evolving business strategy. The position will also support organizational development by managing the design sourcing development delivery and evaluation of learning and professional development programs.

Acadian supports a hybrid work environment; employees are on-site in the Boston office 3 days a week.

What Youll Do:

• Develop and maintain partnering relationships with managers and employees to effectively achieve business results.
• Coach consult and influence managers and employees on a variety of HR issues.
• Develop a deep understanding of supported business functions to be able to translate their business plans into HR/people-oriented strategic and operational plans.
• Lead initiatives to design and implement technology solutions to manage HR information.
• Take an active role in team initiatives to help support and drive forward HR strategy for the firm.

• Bachelors Degree is required.
• 10 years of prior experience in a human resources generalist or business partner role; Financial services industry experience is preferred.

• Proven ability to build strong working relationships with all levels of management locally and globally.

• Global perspective understanding regional market differences and applying appropriate HR solutions.

The base salary range for this role is $180000 $225000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a candidates skills qualifications and relevant addition to base pay this position may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation and includes participation in Acadians comprehensive benefits program which includes health retirement and wellness offerings.
