Overview:

We are seeking a strategicHRBenefits Administrator to support our Senior HR Manager in administering comprehensive global benefits programs. This role is essential for ensuring all employees receive excellent supportregardingtheir health insurance retirement plans and other benefit programs. The ideal candidate will combine deepbenefitsexpertisewith strong analytical and communication skills serving as a trusted partner to both leadership and employees.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer andmaintainall global medical plans ensuring compliance with benefits regulations and plan terms
• Coordinate benefit enrollment processes support open enrollment across all countries and manage new hire orientation for benefits onboarding
• Serve as primary resource for employee benefit questions and issuesprovidingexpert guidance on plan options and eligibility
• Develop deepexpertisein medical plans and benefits structure; educate employees and managers on plan options andutilization
• Manage benefits compliance across alljurisdictions including FMLA administration and ACA reporting
• Collaborate with the payroll team to ensureaccuratebenefit deductions reconciliation andtimelyprocessing
• Conduct benefit audits and analysis
• Leverage HRIS system (Paycom) and strong analytical skills tooptimizebenefits administration reporting and decision-making

Requirements:

• 3 years of benefits administration experience
• Bachelors degree orCertification: SHRM-CP or equivalent
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
• Efficient with Adobe Pro
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (Paycomor similar platforms)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex benefits concepts clearly
• High levelof discretion and ability tomaintainconfidentiality of sensitive employee information
• Self-sufficient resourceful and proactive approach to work
