Job Description:
This job is responsible for working within the Chief People Organization (CPO) Data Governance team to mitigate data risk through advanced consultation. Key responsibilities include developing implementing and maintaining data governance capabilities and processes to meet evolving demands beyond standard product offerings. Job expectations include engagement adoption satisfaction and delivery of governance for CPO data.
Individual will support managing CPOs adherence to multiple DAPIM enterprise policies standards and related activities for all Governed Uses including Governed Reporting Enterprise Policy Regulatory Reporting standard Risk Data Aggregation (RDA) standard and Crisis Reporting Inventory (CRI) standard.
Internal employees who are currently working from home are still eligible to apply. However if selected for the role you may be required to work onsite in accordance with the workplace excellence policy.
Responsibilities:
BAU End to End Program Support for CPOs Governed Reporting Program.
Assessing compliance to all enterprise Governed Uses Policy/Standards ensure and validate that CPO Internal Control Frameworks (ICFs) mirror enterprise Policy/Standards requirements and validating all applicable metrics defined by Governed Uses.
Working with the relevant stakeholders to manage regulatory changes including those which relate to new or existing regulatory reports in accordance with the DAPIM policy & Standards and assist with CPOs remediation effort for enterprise standards & adherence activities.
Monitoring identifying reporting and escalating Governed Uses activities within CPOs inventory including data sourcing to identify Regulatory risks issues or control enhancements.
Continuous review of CPO Governed Uses inventory and aligning changes to the inventory to validate and confirm its completeness and accuracy.
Conducting quality assurance assessments to determine the effectiveness of the Governed Uses control environment or to identify potential risks that might impact CPO.
Partner with key stakeholders to monitor the health of CPOs Process Owner Portal (POP) Inventory as it relates to data applicability and DAPIM policy & standards.
Develops and enhances CPO data management tools queries and processes including automation of data mining and analytics supporting CPO Data Governance reporting.
Evolves current analytical framework to support stakeholders to identify new or emerging risks from CPO data.
Required Qualifications:
MUST have previous project management skills/experiences; prioritize the work manage the delivery scheduling follow up.
Previous experience developing concise and effective presentations assimilating complex data into a results-based story and effectively presenting the results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Word PowerPoint Excel skills (ability to query for data extraction mining and manipulation) and basic SharePoint site knowledge.
Ability to identify risk by asking the right questions developing a comprehensive understanding of business issues and priorities and using his or her expertise to analyze/diagnose problems and give recommendations.
Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written including ability to articulate recommendations and results at a level that resonates across many different audiences.
Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously strong prioritization and time management skills self-directed and results oriented.
Excellent team collaborator in addition to being able to work independently.
Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking facilitation influence teamwork and collaboration.
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge and use of Process Owner Portal (POP)
Experience with data lifecycle applicability
Technical curiosity with fluency with CoPilot
Tableau & Alteryx building knowledge and experience
Experience with governance of DAPIM policy & standards and tools (EMP MetaPortal etc.)
