Aboutthe role

HowquaAssistants play a vital hands-on role in the day-to-day operationof the campus. Working closely with teaching and other staff youwill help deliver a high-quality integrated program that supportsstudent learning wellbeing and personal growth.

You willcontribute across a broad range of activities including programdelivery outdoor education student supervision and campusoperations while helping foster a safe inclusive and respectfulresidential community.

Capabilitiesand Experience:

  • Experience supporting students in academic outdoor and co-curricular programs
  • Confident supervising students in learning and residential settings
  • Interest in outdoor education and working in a hands-on environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive team-oriented approach
  • Adaptable and willing to contribute across all aspects of campus life
  • Commitment to student wellbeing residential community and child safety
