Job Summary The F/ACT Housing Specialist works with a multidisciplinary team to implement the permanent supportive housing model with members assigned to their respective F/ACT team. The F/ACT Housing Specialist is expected to work with community supportive housing agencies on temporary and permanent housing opportunities for their clients. The F/ACT Housing Specialist will provide in field support to clients and work with landlords to ensure ongoing safety to the client as well as the appropriateness of the placement Skills/Requirements: Highschool Diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.1-3 years of experience in behavioral health working in multiple settings and levels of care including both mental health and substance abuse of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders AZ Drivers License in good 39-month Motor Vehicle Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Clearance Card certification to complete the Vulnerability Index Service Prioritization Decision Assistance Tool (VI-SPDAT) preferred.
