Housing Inspectors III

We are hiring Housing Inspectors III for one of our clients in Paterson NJ.

Job Description:

• Physically inspect the rental property for compliance with the property maintenance code.
• Maintain rental property files and data.
• Receive and process license applications and license renewals from rental property owners and agents.
• Assist in identification and deteriorated structures or properties in need of rehabilitation.
• Performs inspections and assesses the damage to residences.
• Documents the damages sustained based on extensive knowledge of construction techniques..

Work hours:

• Lunch: 1 hour (unpaid)
