Essential Functions:
- Coordinates and manages survivor-centered housing referrals by maintaining prioritization processes facilitating collaboration and monitoring outcomes and barriers at housing access.
- Collaborates with housing providers and community partners to expand survivor housing opportunities supports navigation of housing resources and eligibility addresses barriers and participates in planning and prioritization efforts.
- Maintains and analyzes housing and referral data to monitor system performance tracks outcomes and trends ensures data quality and reporting compliance.
- Provides education to community partners regarding processes and practices. Fosters strong partnerships and represents TCFSH through various initiatives.
- Supports continuous improvement of housing coordination services and assists in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
Education Requirement:
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field or equivalent education and experience required.
- Masters Degree in relevant field preferred.

Skills:
- Knowledge of trauma-informed survivor-centred and empowerment-based service approaches.
- Strong organizational communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with data systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of domestic violence sexual violence human trafficking and housing-related best practices.
Experience:
- Three years of experience in housing services victim advocacy case management homelessness services domestic violence services or a related field required.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and coordinating services across multiple systems required.
- Experience with grant-funded programs and performance reporting preferred.
- Experience with Coordinated Entry Victim Coordinated Entry HMIS comparable databases or housing prioritization systems preferred.
