Housewide RN Nursing Supervisor

Hours Schedule:

• 12 Hours per week

• Night shift 7pm - 7:30am

• This position is Friday and Saturday every other weekend

The Housewide RN Nursing Supervisor is a licensed registered nurse (RN) accountable for leading managing & advancing people processes & / or programs that support direct or indirect patient care. The NL promotes & advocates for patients nurses / colleagues & the practice of nursing as defined by clinical area(s) of expertise & assignment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment. Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred.

• Valid drivers license where required by assignment.

What the Housewide RN Nursing Supervisor will do:

• Frontline department-based direct or indirect healthcare department / program

• Formally / informally supervises daily & / or house functions of charge nurses professional & frontline staff (multidisciplinary team) of assigned department

• May or may not have direct report relationships

• May be accountable for the staff coordination scheduling & assignment or throughput

• May participate in & contributes to the performance management / review process

• Contributes to the daily performance daily adherence to regulatory requirements & drives results of team within assigned department

• Implements departmental plans & priorities identified by accountable nurse leaders.
