Job Summary
Kapalua The Bay Course located in Lahaina HI is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Houseperson! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
- Complete cleaning and maintenance duties including sanitizing sweeping mopping dusting polishing trash removal replacing light bulbs and window cleaning
- Notify supervisor of needed supplies
- Remove trash from premises and assist with emergency cleaning as needed
- Properly utilize equipment and follow all safety procedures
- Maintain appropriate levels of cleaning and sanitary supplies for assigned areas
- Inspect clubhouse and surrounding amenities daily and report any issues to supervisor
- Follow all security procedures and precautions at all times
- Complete daily work orders in a timely manner
- Maintain equipment in good working condition
- Refill dispensers such as hand towels toilet paper and soap; clean restrooms including toilets urinals sinks mirrors and counters
- Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas including emptying trash and ash receptacles sweeping walkways picking up litter and arranging outdoor furniture
- Lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Perform physical tasks including climbing balancing stooping kneeling crawling and crouching as needed
- Work in outdoor weather conditions as required
- Respond to emergencies in a timely manner
- Climb ladders and work at elevated heights when necessary
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Candidate must possess a valid drivers license.
