Job Title: Training Lead SupervisorJob Department: HousekeepingJob Pay Rate: $19.75 / hour Job Summary:As a Housekeeping Training Lead you will be managing room cleanliness standards and teaching new and current cleaning staff how to meet our five-star hospitality expectations. Other duties may be assigned:Supports the hiring training and re-training of employee with the Executive Training Manager to create and run onboarding programs for all new housekeeping employees and training guest rooms public areas and cottages to ensure strict luxury standards are met side-by-side with room attendants to coach them on proper cleaning methods chemical usage room amenities placement AAA Forbes and Broadmoor Standards safety protocols and housekeeping Policies and employee performance during daily inspections and deliver constructive feedback or retraining update standard operating procedure (SOP) manuals to reflect luxury resort changes and Broadmoor and recognizing employees for their exceptional performance and by participating in various reward and recognition programs of the department and in the employee progressive disciplinary process including the coaching counseling and administration of employee track of the special maintenance issues that you or your team reported and follow-up maintain open communication with your participates in timely administration of 90-day and annual performance regularly schedule supervisor meetings and applicable leadership training classes to include preparing and delivering group cleaning supplies linen and equipment to ensure staff have proper complete compliance with The Broadmoor guidelines operational procedures safety policies and institutional standards for excellence (Forbes Travel Guide and AAA Five-Diamond).Maintain a willingness to learn about The Broadmoors history estate grounds wilderness properties culinary offerings and retail additional duties and responsibilities as required.
