Natural Retreatsis looking for afull-timeHousekeeping Supervisorto join our 360 Blue team in Santa Rosa Beach FL!Under the direction of the Housekeeping Operations Manager theHousekeeping (HK) Supervisoris responsible foroverseeing the Quality Assurance (QA) team ensuring the successful deployment of QA contractorsmaintainingquality standards and fostering accountability within the department. Key responsibilities includeonboardingcontractor hires providing coaching and feedbackmonitoringperformance and proposing strategies for process improvements. TheHKSupervisor collaborates closely with the QA Lead and QA Coordinators to support a high-functioning QA team ensuring consistency and operational excellence across all workflows.
COMPENSATION:$22 - $24 / hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Recruit screenandonboardQA contractors.
- Maintain ongoing communication with QALeadto hire new contractorsas needed.
- Maintain ongoing communication with cross-functional teams to ensure cleaning standards are met and address any deficiencies.
- Supervise the QA Lead and QA Coordinators ensuring departmental goals are met efficiently.
- Oversee the collection inventory and processing of parking passes ensuring they aremaintainedby the QA team while resolving any issues related to availability or distribution.
- Maintain intermediate involvement in daily housekeeping operations empowering team member(s) to execute tasks effectively.
- Monitor contractor performance and address concerns in partnership with the QA Lead.
- Identifyopportunities for process improvements and propose strategies tooptimizeworkflows.
- Support anyadditionalneeds of coordinator lead and manager.
- Maintain software systemsassistanceand coordinate/update data within our systems.
- Help support and work with the entire HK departmentin order forday to dayoperations to flow smoothly.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing which may include drug testing and/or background screening
- Valid Drivers License
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Well-developedadministrative and organizational skillsdemonstratedin ability to manage time effectively and meetdeadlines ina fast-pacedenvironment
- Proficiencyin written and verbal communications to multiple stakeholders both internal and external

HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time position. Due to the nature of the job the team member should be flexible with their hours and must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed. We encourage all of our Team Members to take two (2) days off where possible knowing that guests and owners can arrive at unpredictable times. Exact daily schedules may vary from season to season and differ from in-season to off-season. Vacation is generally taken outside of peak season.
