Housekeeping Supervisor

Winvian a luxury Relais & Châteaux resort in the Litchfield Hills of Connecticut is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This role assists the Housekeeping Assistant Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations supervising and training staff maintaining inventory levels and ensuring our cottages and facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise train and coach housekeeping team members
• Assist with daily housekeeping operations and cottage inspections
• Maintain housekeeping inventory and supplies
• Ensure company policies procedures and maintain Winvian cleanliness standards
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments

Pay starts at $20.00 per hour with a generous benefits package including:

Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience preferred

• Strong leadership organization and communication skills
• Valid drivers license required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
