Pay Range:
$17.75-$27.75The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and brand standards. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Hospitality coursework or certification preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a hotel environment.
- Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Experience with housekeeping software or PMS systems (HotSOS OnQ Opera etc.) a plus.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train coach and motivate team members.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures safety protocols and chemical handling.
- Ability to lift push and pull up to 5075 lbs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and support housekeeping staff during daily operations.
- Inspect guest rooms hallways and public areas for cleanliness and compliance with brand standards.
- Assist with training new employees on cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Ensure carts closets and supply rooms are clean stocked and organized.
- Address guest requests and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Report maintenance concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
- Monitor productivity and assist with scheduling and labor management.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections assignments and supply usage.
- Uphold all safety sanitation and company policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
