We are looking for a confident leader who can support multiple shifts work closely with other departments and help keep the housekeeping team running include:Plan daily work assignments and help set team prioritiesSupervise housekeeping staff across multiple shiftsTrain coach and support team membersProvide orientation for new employees and refresher training for current staffCommunicate clearly with staff about assignments expectations and department goalsWork with administration on department needs employee concerns and operational challengesMonitor cleaning quality and partner with infection control nursing facilities and other departments as neededHelp manage room turnover priorities and communicate delays or urgent needsCoordinate with the linen supplier and review service records and invoicesOrder supplies help maintain equipment and support vendor coordinationAssist with schedules staffing coverage timecards and daily shift operationsParticipate on safety and infection control committees as assignedHelp maintain a respectful service-focused environment that supports the needs of the facility and communitySchedule and Reporting Structure:Full-time positionShift work required including days evenings nights weekends and holidaysOccasional on-call support may be needed during outbreaks or surge situationsSupervises housekeepers/EVS technicians across multiple shifts along with key vendorsRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDFive (5) years of supervisory or team leadership experience in housekeeping environmental services hospitality facilities support or a related fieldAbility to organize staff manage daily operations and support a busy service environmentWillingness to complete required supervisor and infection prevention training during onboardingExperience in a healthcare or hospital settingKnowledge of healthcare cleaning and disinfection practices including isolation and terminal cleaningFamiliarity with inspections audits or quality improvement effortsRelevant environmental services infection prevention or healthcare support trainingPreferred Qualifications:Associates degree in management hospitality or a related field or comparable military/technical leadership plus 2 years of experienceCHEST (Certified Health Care Environmental Services Technician)CHESP (Certified Health Care Environmental Services Professional)CMIP (Certificate of Mastery in Infection Prevention)Experience supervising multiple shifts and managing high-priority operational needsWorking Conditions:Hospital environment on Tribal lands; frequent work in occupied patient care areas with sensitive work required (days/evenings/nights) rotating weekends/holidays; occasional extended hours for outbreaks weather impacts or surge to chemicals biohazards and noise; required use of walking/standing; frequent interaction with patients families and clinical Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
