A great experience starts with a clean comfortable environment. Were looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to help keep our Sales Center and office spaces looking their best.

In this role youll be responsible for maintaining clean safe and welcoming public areas offices restrooms and common spaces. If you take pride in your work notice the details others might miss and enjoy creating an environment where guests and team members feel comfortable wed love to hear from you.

Location: Fort Lauderdale FL

Hours of Operations: Day Shift Monday Friday and rotating Sundays

Compensation: $20 per hour

What Youll Do:

• Clean and maintain offices restrooms common areas and public spaces.
• Sweep mop vacuum and care for floors throughout assigned areas.
• Dust and wipe down furniture fixtures countertops doors and other surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling and replace liners.
• Clean sanitize and restock restrooms.
• Clean glass windows doors and high-touch surfaces.
• Keep breakrooms and employee common areas clean and organized.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning and restroom supplies.
• Respond quickly to spills and other cleaning needs.
• Safely use and store cleaning products chemicals and equipment.
• Report maintenance concerns safety hazards or damaged equipment.
• Maintain organized cleaning equipment and storage areas.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

What Were Looking For:

• Previous housekeeping janitorial custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Dependable punctual and able to work independently.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.
