What are we looking for
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations ensuring guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces consistently meet hospitality standards.
- Conduct inspections and quality audits to maintain cleanliness presentation and operational excellence.
- Lead train schedule and develop housekeeping staff while fostering a culture of accountability teamwork and exceptional service.
- Monitor staffing room status and departmental performance to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences by addressing requests resolving concerns and supporting VIP arrivals and special events.
- Manage housekeeping inventories supplies linens equipment and budgets while controlling costs and maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies health and safety regulations OSHA standards and proper chemical handling procedures.
- Conduct ongoing safety training and promote a safe clean and compliant work environment.
