We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining a clean and organized environment. The Housekeeper is responsible for the daily cleaning sanitation and overall upkeep of Big Canoe Property Owners Association (POA) facilities and amenities. This position ensures all assigned buildings restrooms recreational areas offices and event spaces are maintained in a clean safe and welcoming condition for residents guests and staff.
This position works 5am - 1:30pm Monday - Friday with some weekends.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms public areas and back-of-house areas
Change linens and towels make beds and restock amenities
Vacuum sweep mop and dust all surfaces
Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens
Report any maintenance issues to management
Assist with laundry as needed
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Housekeeper or similar role
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Must pass background check and have a current/clean MVR.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Must be authorized to work in the US. This position does not pay for relocation expenses.
