What Youll Do

As a Housekeeping Inspector youll help ensure every guest walks into a room thats clean comfortable safe and ready to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities include:

• Inspect guest rooms using established quality standards before arrival
• Verify kitchens bathrooms bedrooms and living areas are guest-ready
• Ensure appliances HVAC systems linens and amenities are properly stocked and functioning
• Identify and report maintenance issues immediately
• Work closely with Housekeeping to correct deficiencies quickly
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure rooms are available on time
• Inspect public areas throughout the resort
• Help maintain organized storage and supply areas
• Assist with room cleaning when needed during busy periods
• Help maintain a positive team-oriented work environment

Youll play a direct role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by helping us achieve:

• 100% of assigned units inspected before guest arrival
• Guest-ready rooms that consistently exceed resort standards
• Prompt communication of maintenance and housekeeping issues
• Outstanding cleanliness scores on guest surveys and online reviews
• High Revinate housekeeping cleanliness scores
• Exceptional first impressions that create repeat guests
