We are looking for a friendly dependable detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to help ensure our guests arrive to clean comfortable well-prepared accommodations and resort spaces. This is a great opportunity for someone with housekeeping experience who takes pride in high standards enjoys working with a team and wants to grow in hospitality.

What Youll Do

As a Housekeeping Inspector you will play an important role in the guest experience by inspecting units and common areas supporting the housekeeping team and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Review the daily housekeeping work chart and help balance workload priorities.
• Inspect guest units after cleaning to ensure Berry Companies resort standards are met.
• Complete unit inspection checklists accurately and consistently.
• Check kitchens closets bedding supplies heating/cooling settings refrigerators and overall unit readiness.
• Inspect common areas daily for cleanliness supplies flooring safety and guest-ready appearance.
• Identify and report maintenance needs damages or safety concerns promptly.
• Communicate with Housekeeping Management Front Desk Unit Maintenance and other departments to support timely check-ins repairs and guest service.
• Call back housekeepers when corrections are needed and assist with spot cleaning as needed.
• Clean units when needed to support the team.
• Stock and clean storage areas as needed.
• Help create a positive organized and efficient work environment.

Preferred qualifications:

• Housekeeping experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.

Requirements

• Valid drivers license required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work in person in the Mount Washington Valley area.
