THE ROLE

Chetola Resort is seeking dependable and detail-oriented full-time Housekeeping Attendants to join our growing team. We are hiring for full-time positions (30 hours per week). In this role you will support the cleanliness and presentation of both the Lodge and our luxury Condominiums. Housekeeping Attendants play a vital role in ensuring that each guest enjoys a clean comfortable and welcoming environment that reflects Chetolas high standards of service and hospitality. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating a noticeable impact each day. Weekend availability is required and holiday availability is preferred.

WHAT YOULL DO

Guest Experience & Room Care

• Clean guest rooms bathrooms kitchens and common areas to resort standards
• Replenish linens towels toiletries and other room amenities
• Ensure all assigned spaces are clean organized and guest-ready
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department
• Handle guest requests with courtesy and professionalism

Teamwork & Communication

• Work collaboratively with other Housekeeping Front Desk and Maintenance team members
• Follow daily task lists and cleaning schedules provided by the Housekeeping Manager
• Maintain open communication with supervisors regarding room status and supply needs
• Adhere to property policies procedures and confidentiality expectations

Safety & Sanitation

• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols including use of PPE and cleaning chemicals
• Maintain housekeeping carts closets and workspaces in a tidy and secure manner
• Uphold standards of cleanliness that reflect Chetolas luxury reputation

REQUIREMENTS

• Seeking candidates for full-time roles (30 hours/week)
• Weekend availability required; holiday availability preferred
• Previous housekeeping janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required
• Physical ability to stand bend lift and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and push housekeeping carts
