Part-Time Housekeeper / Family Assistant Coral Gables FL

A warm and welcoming family in Coral Gables is seeking an experienced reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to help maintain their 9000 square foot residence and support daily household operations. There are no children or pets in the home.

• 9am - 2pm MondayFriday
• Flexibility to work additional hours when the family is hosting guests is appreciated
• $38 - $40/hour DOE

Housekeeping & Home Maintenance

• General cleaning and upkeep of the homes interior
• Cleaning and maintaining the outdoor terrace/patio including outdoor furniture cushions and outdoor kitchen area
• Cleaning windows and vehicles as needed
• Emptying trash and recycling

Laundry & Organization

• Laundry ironing folding and proper garment care
• Changing and making beds
• Organizing closets and household storage areas
• Keeping the kitchen pantry refrigerator laundry room and cleaning supplies neatly organized

Plant Care

• Watering orchids and providing basic care for indoor plants

Meal Preparation

• Preparing simple healthy meals 23 times per week
• Chopping and preparing ingredients
• Properly storing leftovers and maintaining kitchen cleanliness

Household Support

• Grocery shopping and maintaining household inventory
• Monitoring and notifying the family when household or cleaning supplies need replenishing
• Running occasional household-related errands as agreed upon in advance

• Previous housekeeping experience in a private home
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Trustworthy dependable and proactive
• Comfortable with light meal preparation
• Flexible and willing to assist with additional hours during special occasions or guest visits
