We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of our new TownePlace Suites by Marriott and are looking for dependable hardworking and friendly team members to join our Housekeeping & Laundry team.
As a member of our opening team youll play an important role in creating a clean comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests from day one.
What Youll Do
Housekeeping
* Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites according to hotel standards.
* Make beds change linens clean bathrooms vacuum dust and restock guest supplies.
* Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean comfortable and ready for arrival.
* Report maintenance issues damaged items or safety concerns promptly.
* Follow established cleaning sanitation and safety procedures.
* Respect guest privacy and hotel property.
* Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
* Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed.
Laundry
* Sort wash dry fold and organize hotel linens and towels.
* Maintain an adequate supply of clean linens for guest rooms and hotel operations.
* Inspect linens for stains damage and excessive wear.
* Keep the laundry area clean organized and safe.
* Operate laundry equipment according to established procedures.
* Assist the housekeeping team with linen distribution and room supplies.
What Were Looking For
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Dependability and excellent attendance.
* Attention to detail and pride in your work.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to work at a steady pace while maintaining quality standards.
* Ability to stand walk bend reach push pull and lift as required.
* Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
* Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.
