The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary resident rooms common areas and offices while adhering to Weatherly Inns high standards of safety and care.

• Clean resident rooms offices and common areas according to established policies

• Maintain safe and organized work environment

• Dispose of trash and manage cleaning supplies

• Report needed repairs or unsafe conditions promptly

• Observe and report changes in residents physical or emotional condition to nursing staff

• Follow Employee Handbook policies and procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• 1 year housekeeping experience preferred

• Dementia training required within 90 days of hire

• Strong organizational skills and ability to perform repetitive tasks

• Lift up to 40 lbs; push 250 lb carts or residents as needed

• Stand walk bend squat and perform repetitive arm/hand motions
